Each Marketplace health plan has a unique 14-character identifier that's a combination of numbers and/or letters.

You can find a plan's ID below the plan name when you preview plans and prices.

If you’ve already enrolled in a plan, you'll find your plan's ID in your Marketplace account under "My Plans and Programs."
